Resilience Community Services (RCS) provides Community nursing services with people and their families to help prevent disease, maintain health, and treat any existing health problems. Our services of community nursing aim to support and maintain participant independence, safety, and healthy lifestyle, at the same time as helping carers and family members. We support people with disability to live in the community as everyone else.

At Resilience Community Services offer professional, reliable medication management services to our client, our medication home care services take all your specific requests into consideration and guarantee personalised attention, whatever the hour, our registered staff are available to care to your medication need

Innovation Community Participation

Aim to allow individuals who have been approved for the NDIS support category, to locate and participate in activities within their community.

Development-Life Skills

Focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel, use public transport independently, practice and maintain personal hygiene regularly and many more.

Household Tasks

Essential daily tasks that the individual is not able to perform independently include meal preparation, home and garden maintenance, cleaning and laundry.

Participate Community

Aim to allow individuals who have been approved for the NDIS support category, to locate and participate in activities within their community engagement more accessible to people living with disabilities, so that they can fulfil their potential and reach their personal goals, including independence.

Group/Centre Activities

Group and Centre-based activities, including client assistance and encouragement to participate in the community’s social and recreational activities.
